You are looking for A Christmas getaway to be enjoyed with the family in the Loiret? From December 12 to 30, 2026, the castle of Meung-sur-Loire transforms for the holidays: more than 20 decorated rooms await you, with surprises for children at every step of the visit. As Christmas spirit has taken over the castle, the entire museum has been completely redesigned. To follow the traditional tour itinerary, please come back on February 13, 2027 at 2pm.
Until December 23rd, go in search of Santa Claus hidden in the castle! Families will also be able to meet Walter the robot, attend the Lucie Lux show inspired by Hansel and Gretel, enjoy the inflatable structure, and take part in activities such as face painting, drawings on the castle walls, and a drawing competition, as well as making crowns. Lucie Lux is hosting Father Christmas and has to cook the perfect dinner. At the same time, she is asked to fix the story of Hansel and Gretel.
Mother Christmas's Tavern: mulled wine, hot cinnamon apple juice, popcorn, coffee... allowing you to regain your strength to continue the visit! (extra charge)
