Preamble
The Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of data, (hereinafter GDPR) lays down the legal framework applicable to the processing of personal data. The Regional Tourist Market Place
All items offered for online booking on the website Château de Meung, comes from the Regional Tourist Marketplace system (Open System Technology – Network Alliance) which directly connects users with sellers registered as members of the Marketplace. For each booking made through the site Château de Meung, the user must accept these General Conditions of Use in addition to the Terms and conditions of sale from.
Other booking systems – Patrivia
Any item offered for online booking on sites other than Château de Meung, originate from systems managed directly by their owners. For each reservation made from other websites, the user must accept the General Terms of Use in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the seller concerned by the reservation.
