Do you know Walter? No? Walter is a little robot who loves to joke around and cause mischief in the castle.
With its special booklet, young observers must spot the objects Walter has left lying around that don't belong on a castle tour! It's up to you to find them!
A mediation designed for children
Walter is not at all like a historical figure. And that's precisely what makes him interesting.
Through his visitor booklet, available in the first room of the château (the guardroom), Walter highlights certain objects, customs, or anecdotes of the château by asking simple and sometimes unexpected questions.
A fun way to approach history without making it static. It accompanies the discovery of the castle by making certain content more accessible, sparking curiosity and making the sites easier to understand.
THROUGH THE SEASONS
Depending on the time of year and the activities on offer, Walter can participate in the visit in different ways. Walter is funny and endearing… but very boisterous. During the’event Christmas at the Château holds a special place and is featured in a dedicated room for discussions with children.
But the rest of the year, it's stored in the attic and accompanies young visitors with its fun visitor's booklet.
