Experience something unusual at the Château de Meung-sur-Loire during a torchlight night visit.
At 8:30 PM: A dining area will be available in the château grounds for you to have dinner on site. You can also bring your own picnic and enjoy the exceptional setting of the estate to share a friendly moment with family or friends.
At 9:30 pm: As night falls, arm yourself with your torch and set off to discover the castle. Explore its rooms, corridors and the most mysterious nooks and crannies in a unique atmosphere, between history and legends.
À 23h00 : The evening will end on a high note with a spectacular firework display in the castle grounds, offering a magical moment under the stars.
Who has never dreamed of visiting a castle at night?
This Thursday evening, after dusk, Meung-sur-Loire Castle is exceptionally opening its doors to you for a unique adventure.
Armed with nothing but your torch for light, set off to explore the castle’s rooms, corridors and hidden corners. This tour will allow you to discover or rediscover this monument from a whole new perspective.
Night allows us to change perspective and to grasp the world differently, and it is a more intimate, more secret castle that we will share with you. And then, who knows, perhaps you will encounter one of the castle's ghosts...
