A Historic Relay: The Olympic Flame passes through Meung-sur-Loire Castle
Access the park in the afternoon to witness this exceptional moment up close!
On July 10, 2024, the Olympic flame will pass through the Château de Meung-sur-Loire between 4:11 PM and 4:36 PM and will stop in the alley for the relay. We hope that many of you will join us to experience this historic moment together!
Exceptionally, a part of the park will be accessible for free from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM.
Don’t hesitate to come and explore the castle with all its activities on that day.
For your information :
- Gates open at 3:45 PM and close at 5:00 PM.
- Animals not allowed.
- The castle’s outdoor activities (mini-farm, Knight’s course, Land of Dragons course) and the castle tour will not be accessible. Only visitors with tickets will be able to enter.
- Parents are responsible for their children at all time.
